The Teacher and Police Housing Authority in New South Wales, managed by the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, provides and maintains quality housing services for teachers and members of the NSW Police Force, particularly in rural and remote communities. Project Highlights:

• Overall management of the FY26 procurement program for the refurbishment, construction and modern methods of construction housing projects.

• Development of the Key Worker Housing  - New Supply Expression of Interest (EOI) for the purchase of land and house packages. Through this process Teacher and Police Housing can purchase turnkey housing solutions.

• Procurement of Modern Methods of Construction for eight, two bedrooms houses at Broken Hill.
