Hartcorp brings valuable knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management across various market sectors and offers a deep understanding of supply chain expectations.

Hartcorp leverages over 20 years’ experience in programs, procurement, contracts and project management within the complex infrastructure and commercial construction sectors.

The concept of Hartcorp was developed to reduce waste across the industry whether developing and implementing the appropriate project delivery strategy through to helping suppliers put their best foot forward. We want to put good people and companies together to deliver the right outcomes.

We are not about presentations, consultant reports and transformation recommendations. We are about delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

We work across the supply chain with both buyer’s and seller’s providing a unique perspective to leverage value. We also have a large established network of professionals and experts to ready assist our team in delivery.

The team has been working together for a long time and compliment each other with key strengths in project delivery, procurement, risk, commercial and contracts, safety, and process improvement.

Paul Hartley

Paul is a highly accomplished program, project, procurement and commercial manager with over 14 years executive level experience in high-risk infrastructure and construction sectors working for government, not-for-profit and private organisations.

Paul combines practical experience from his electrical trade background with professional experience managing large commercial and procurement programs (maintenance, construction and equipment) for the largest electricity utility in Australia.  

His breadth of experience enables Paul to provide end to end solutions for clients. It also helps that he has a personable nature, communicates well and has a pragmatic approach to work.

Joshua Robinson

Josh is a skilled people manager, negotiator and relationship manager. A confident, creative strategic thinker and problem solver. Josh is results driven and enjoys bringing innovation and efficiency to complex programs of work.

Josh offers government and private sector in high-risk construction including property and housing, health, education, water and energy sectors.

His wide range of experience is an asset to clients by being able to provide unique perspectives that can be applied across different market sectors. Josh works at a fast pace and makes good things happen.

Nicole Cameron

Nicole has over 10 years’ experience in construction project delivery, business development, sales, inspections, contract administration and compliance. Her broad experience across multiple business disciplines including supply, install and delivery of pallet racking and shelving systems throughout Australia for private sector clients such a Bunnings, Woolworths and Dematic. 

Nicole provides project delivery services to our clients with her exceptional communication, planning and management skills which helps implement and deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Kylie Hartley

Kylie is the Business Administration Manager at Hartcorp and has recently shifted into a hybrid role which encompasses Integrated Management System Auditing, Systems Management, HR, Accounting, as well as internal and external projects. 

Kylie is undertaking a Diploma of Quality Auditing, and her experience is wide and varied, having worked for over 6 years in Government Departments and 5 years in a not-for-profit organisation, before joining Hartcorp in April 2022. 

Her organisational, interpersonal and communication skills in combination with her amiable personality, contributes well across all sectors of the business.

Bibin Emmanuel

Bibin is an accomplished strategic and commercial professional who is passionate about realising potential for businesses by transforming procurement systems, processes, and strategy to help them achieve their short term needs and long term scalable, sustainable benefits.

Bibin has led and delivered large scale projects in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Mining where he utilised his supply chain management, procurement, business transformation and process improvement expertise to efficiently identify opportunities that deliver great results collaboratively with stakeholders and strategic partners.

He thrives in challenging, commercial, and dynamic environments where his resilient, focused, and personable approach helps clients achieve their business objectives.

Corey Hennessey

Corey is an experienced Account Manager and Commercial Advisor with proven success in sales and retention, responsible for managing commercial and industrial customers. With over 12 years’ experience in the energy industry, Corey has obtained a strong knowledge of the electricity, natural gas, and renewable energy markets.

With excellent leadership and development skills, Corey is passionate about building customer relationships. Corey has a strong commercial acumen specialising in contracts management, risk mitigation, procurement process and contract administration.

Baylee Mashman

Baylee has seven years professional experience in business administration working within government compliance frameworks, systems management, project delivery and marketing. Her broad experience across multiple business disciplines has worked to compliment her ability to work concurrently on several commercial activities.

Baylee achieves outstanding results with her ability to collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders. Baylee has a thirst for learning and continuous growth, which has seen her shift to providing procurement and contract management support for our clients.

Baylee is a proud Indigenous woman from the Yuin Nation who enjoys working in diverse and respectful workplaces. Baylee is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business at the University of Newcastle, where she is the recipient of the Ma and Morley Indigenous Academic Scholarship.

Bethany Perryman

Bethany is Hartcorp’s Business Administration Trainee. Joining us in mid-February 2023, Bethany has begun training in multiple areas of the business including compliance, system administrator, procurement, and contract management.

Bethany is a very quick learner and already a valuable member using her training and previous experience in Customer Service to effectively communicate, problem solve and deliver.

Bethany is undertaking studies in Business Administration while learning and managing client systems including Ariba, Pegasus, Rapid Induct and Assignar.
